‘Who Killed the Secret Agent’ – A Murder Mystery Play – 6th April

2:30 pm & 7:00 pm

Come to St Mary’s Church and watch a murder mystery play and help find who killed the secret agent. There’s no acting involved just enjoy the performance and become a sleuth.

Start at 2:30pm and again at 7:00pm. Tickets £10 from the Visitor Information Centre and the Church Office. All proceeds to the Tetbury Food Bank

‘Different Places’ – An Exhibition of Paintings by Peter Unsworth 17th April – 30th April


Peter Unsworth’s paintings seem to deal with an event about to happen; something just outside the picture frame. Sinister mise-en-scenes, they are painted in a disquietingly simple, pleasantly innocuous style. This is the secret of their success. Peter Unsworth entices his viewers into each picture with a promise of innocence, only to hit them with a more disquieting meaning.

The Ghost Train – by the Dolphins Dramatic Society 25th , 26th , 27th April

7:30 pm

Set in the 1920s, do come and join a party of assorted railway travellers who find themselves stranded in the waiting room of an isolated country station in the evening. The station master warns them of the supernatural danger of a spectral old railway carriage train, the ghost of one that was fatally wrecked in the locality several years before, which sometimes haunts the line at night, bringing death to all who set eyes upon it. Incredulous of his story, they refuse to leave, and he departs leaving them facing a night at the station. If you have the courage to witness The Ghost Train, it will be passing through The Dolphins Hall, New Church Street, Tetbury,GL8 8DS

Play Bowls Day – A taster session for new players 27th April

Tetbury Walking Festival – 26th, 27th & 28th April


This year we have 9 walks (including one for pushchairs and wheelchairs) all starting from Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre. There is free car parking, nearby and you will find it off Cirencester Road GL8 8EY. Look out for the car park signs near the Royal Oak.
